Gary Bain of OK has produced a short DVD of some Purple Martin nestlings that lost their housing to a tornado. It is done in an excellent manner. As with any Federally Protected bird, professional rehabbers should be involved, but some of us do not have access to a rehabber or they are just too far away to be of any use. Like Gary, I am not going to stand by and watch orphaned Purple Martins die for the lack of access to rehabber. This DVD is well worth the $10.00 which does include shipping.
